Microsilica

SiO₂

Ultra-fine amorphous silica (~0.15 µm) produced as a by-product of ferrosilicon manufacturing. Reacts pozzolanically with Ca(OH)₂ in concrete, filling micro-voids and markedly improving impermeability, compressive strength and chemical resistance.

Calcium Carbonate

CaCO₃

High-purity inorganic filler used in paints, plastics, paper and construction chemicals. Balances mechanical properties while reducing cost; improves rheology and opacity.

Calcium Formate

Ca(HCOO)₂

Accelerator and set-modifier for concrete and dry-mix mortars. Drives early strength gain, shortens cure time in cold-weather placements, and is chloride-free — no risk of rebar corrosion.

Calcium Nitrate

Ca(NO₃)₂·4H₂O

Anti-freeze and set accelerator for concrete. Also acts as a rebar corrosion inhibitor; preferred for cold-weather applications and critical structural pours.

Titanium Dioxide

Acrylic Acid

CH₂=CHCOOH

Colorless, pungent liquid. Base feedstock for superabsorbent polymers, acrylate esters, paint and adhesive resins. Delivers strong adhesion and film formation in water-based systems.

Methyl Methacrylate (MMA)

CH₂=C(CH₃)COOCH₃

Core monomer for PMMA production. Provides rapid cure, superior UV resistance and optical clarity; used in coatings, adhesives, traffic markings and dental resins.

The Soft Segment of Polyurethane Systems

React with isocyanates to form the soft segment of foams, coatings, adhesives and elastomers.

Polyether Polyol

—[OCH₂CH(R)]ₙ—OH

Propylene oxide and ethylene oxide based polyol used in flexible and rigid PU foam production. Delivers hydrolysis resistance and low viscosity; widely used in furniture, automotive and insulation panels.

Polyester Polyol

HO—[R—C(O)O]ₙ—H

Produced by condensation of diacids and diols; offers high mechanical strength and chemical resistance. Preferred in CASE (coatings, adhesives, sealants, elastomers) applications and rigid PU foam.

ISOCYANATES

The Hard Segment of Polyurethane Reaction

React with polyols to form the hard segment of PU foams, elastomers, coatings and adhesives.

Toluene Diisocyanate (TDI)

C₉H₆N₂O₂

The most widely used aromatic isocyanate for flexible polyurethane foam. Supplied as 2,4- and 2,6- isomer blends (80/20, 65/35); standard for furniture, mattress and automotive seating foams.

Methylene Diphenyl Diisocyanate (MDI)

C₁₅H₁₀N₂O₂

Core isocyanate for rigid PU foam, insulation panels, coatings and adhesives. Produced in pure and polymeric (pMDI) forms; delivers high mechanical strength and low vapor pressure.

AMINES

Curing Agents and Reaction Accelerators

Reactive amines used as epoxy hardeners, gas scavengers and synthesis intermediates.

Diethylenetriamine (DETA)

HN(CH₂CH₂NH₂)₂

Standard polyamine for room-temperature curing of epoxy resins. Also used in oil additives, fuel additives, corrosion inhibitors and ion-exchange resin production.

Ethylenediamine (EDA)

H₂NCH₂CH₂NH₂

Core building block for chelating agents (EDTA), textile resins, paper chemicals and pharmaceutical intermediates. Also used in epoxy hardeners and corrosion inhibitor formulations.

ALKANOLAMINES

Cement Grinding Aids and Strength Enhancers

Alkanolamine-class inputs that boost cement grinding efficiency and contribute to early and ultimate strength. Used on plant grinding lines to cut energy per ton and raise clinker substitution rates.

Diethanol Isopropanolamine (DEIPA 85%)

C₇H₁₇NO₃

Next-generation cement grinding aid and ultimate-strength enhancer. Particularly effective in high-substitution blended cements — materially lifts 28-day strength at low dosage.

Triisopropanolamine (TIPA 85%)

C₉H₂₁NO₃

Potent alkanolamine used to raise 28-day cement strength. Supports late-age hydration and prevents clinker particle agglomeration in the grinding circuit.

Triethanolamine (TEA 85%)

C₆H₁₅NO₃

The classic grinding aid of the cement industry. Triggers early-age (1–3 day) strength gain and lifts grinding efficiency. Cost-effective and broadly available alkanolamine solution.

Triethanolamine (TEA 99%)

C₆H₁₅NO₃

High-purity anhydrous-grade TEA. Used in cement grinding aid formulations as well as cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, gas sweetening and metal-working pH control.

The backbone of neutralization, saponification and pH regulation across paper, textile, detergent, water treatment and food processing chains.

Liquid Caustic Soda

NaOH (50%)

Sodium Bisulfite Solution
